Unable to open link, says I am out of space.
I was sent a link to a video. When I click on it, I get the Your account is out of storage! message, even though when I checked it shows that I've used less than a quarter of my 2 GB of free space. The chatbot is absolutely no help. Is this fixable or are they just trying to force me to subscribe?

You have either been sent a file which is a Shared File and so added to your account that is over 2gb in size (i.e. the amount of space you have) OR you are trying to click on the link and add to account. You cannot use more space than available.
Instead, ask the person to send a read only shared link 🙂

You have either been provided a file larger than the 2 GB limit on your storage space, or you have tried to add a file larger than 2 GB to your account by clicking on a link to do so. There is a limit to how much room you can take up.
