Unable to open some files on my computer since October 21st update
Hi,
Since the update on Saturday, I can't open some files. I get Location is not available error.
"C:\Users\.... is not unavailable. If the location is on this PC, make sure the device or drive is connected or the disc is inserted, and then try again. If the location is on a network, make sure you're connected to the network or internet and try again. If the location still can't be found, it might have moved or deleted."

Hi MAS-275, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Are you trying to open the file from Explorer, or from within an app?
This will help me to assist further!

From Explorer. I was able to open these files last week.

Do the files have green sync icons on them? Are the files in the main Dropbox folder, or in a subfolder?

Subfolders. To save space, files are online only.

Have you tried marking the files you want to open as available offline to see if this helps with them opening?

Could you attach a screenshot showing what you're describing in Explorer on your machine?
