Video file has no audio after downloading from the Dropbox app
Just recently I have been downloading a video file with Audio but then after downloading the video loses audio and the Dropbox video in server loses audio unless I delete the app and log in again.

Hi Zarnalist, welcome to our Community!
Can you let me know which -if any- troubleshooting steps you've tried on your end? Did you try what was mentioned throughout this thread?

I’ve read through this thread. I’ve opened it in VLC media player and it does the same thing. When I have it on preview there is audio but when I download it to my camera roll it goes. Maybe it’s to do with the file type? It was a MTS file which I converted into a MP4 if that helps. The file came from an old camera of my mothers so it could be that?

Hey Geno28, let's jump right into this!
What file type are we talking about? I'm guessing an .mp4, correct?
Also, have you by any chance tried downloading the video using a different browser? Also, is it a file that you have saved in your Dropbox account, or are you accessing it through a shared link?
Let me know more, and we'll take it from there!
