You should be able to download your files by selecting them and then choosing the download option from the ellipsis (...) button.

Yes, I have already done so (perhaps read my previous posts . . . ) but I will do so again here.
The problem that I am having is that when I do what you say to do, I get this:

Hi Pullen Family, thanks for your patience here!
Can I ask for one more screenshot of the full page? If you navigate to the file under the "All Files" page, and you click the three dots "..." do you see the option to download the file there?
Lastly, do you access the file via a shared link by any chance? - Pullen Family4 years agoExplorer | Level 4
I do not see the "three dots", but here is a screen shot of my files page. Note the Open v link to the far right of the file name. When I click on that, I get the "Oops" cat picture that I have posted already here.

If you check under "All files", are you able to find your file there?
It seems this might have been part of shared content that has been deleted. Can you check your events page too? - Pullen Family4 years agoExplorer | Level 4
If you notice to the left of the file names, >All Files is selected.
When I clicked your Events Page link, it said :
EventsYou have no activity yetI have not shared these files with anyone. I uploaded them several years ago, and now want to download them, as my old computer died and has been replaced. If I cannot download them, they will be lost to me. Thanks for your help! - Megan4 years ago

If you check on top of the screenshot you sent earlier, it says "Recents," which indicates you're under that path.
As for the files, they were either shared with you in the past, or not anymore. Or they might have been deleted more than 30 days ago, hence why you don't see them under the events page, which would make them unrecoverable.
As a last resort, you can also check the deleted files page to see what you can find there. - Pullen Family4 years agoExplorer | Level 4
When I went back and clicked on All Files, it looks like this (see attached).
I still don't see a download button. When I click the Deleted Files Page, it says
You don’t have any recently deleted files
I don't know what to do. I have never deleted any files from Drop Box, nor shared them with anyone. These were files I had on my old computer, I uploaded them for safe-keeping several years ago, and now it seems they are lost!
