All files are gone. I don't even have a file in my account.

I state that I have always logged into my account for no more than 9 months, and I find myself with full space warning notifications from 7 months ago including from the access history shows a login just 7 months ago. Now I find myself with not even a file, practically 2 gb of files gone and with the deleted file history empty. Support impossible to contact, and no reason for how they disappeared. Has this happened to anyone? Is it possible to recover something?

Only shows events up to 11/27. There are no previous events. I think it is really absurd that everything is deleted like this without a reason but above all without even a warning.

    Hi palillo83!

Were those files shared with someone else, or simple, non-shared files?

Is it possible your files are saved on a different Dropbox account (under another email address)?

Also, did you use the app to sync the files, the mobile app or the website, in order to upload them and when was the last time you saw those files on www.dropbox.com?
