    Hey 2b, no worries!

I just sent you an email, in order for us to investigate further. Reply back to me, and we'll take it from there.

    Cheers!

    Hey 2b!

From the events page, please click the event you’d like to restore. Can you double check and make sure that the “Restore” option isn't there when you look over on the top right on the list of deleted files?

If the option to restore the files doesn't appear, please send me a screenshot omitting any personal info how it looks on your end. Thanks!

    Hi

I have the permission. I can only see files marked as Deleted in the event page. Some files dissapered more then 30 days ago, but if I could recover the files lost in that dissapered or got deleted by the one I share folder with during the last 30 days, it would save a lot of work for me.

Thank's for helping me - Regards Tobias

Hey 2b, let me jump in here!

When were these files deleted? I'm asking since users on a Basic plan can recover files deleted up to 30 days ago

One more thing to keep in mind is that you can only restore shared files if you have ‘Can edit’ access. If that isn't the case you can always ask another member to restore them.

Provided you have the necessary permissions, can you also check your deleted files page and see if you can locate and restore them from there?

If not, let me know and I'll be more than happy to help.

Thank you for helping me. I can see some files on the Event page, marked Delited, but I can't restore them. Do I have to get a paid plan to be able to get them back?

Have you checked your Events page or Deleted Files? If you have Edit access to the shared folder, you can recover files deleted within the last 30 days.

You can find the support options available to you on the Support page. If you're on a paid plan you have access to live chat and email support. Otherwise you can use the various self-help options such as the chat bot or help center. Phone support is only available with a paid Business account.
