“.Ai files accepted but something went wrong” when trying to upload a file

Ive trying to upload my project for 4 days! It keeps saying: “.ai files are accepted but something went wrong” No explanation given to WHAT went wrong or any further msgs. No google, no Dropbox...

Are you still having this issue?

 

How large is the file you're trying to upload?

 

And have you tried a different browser or a private browsing window, to see if that helps?
