Can’t upload PDF it says there is an issue with the name.
Hi!
Since a few days back, I get an error message when uploading a PDF. It says there might me an issue with the name. But it still happens even with the simplest of names. Tried to log out/in, reinstall the app, reboot the iPhone etc. but no luck. All help is appreciated!
Working now! Problem solved with the new update of the Dropbox app from Apple Appstore. Thanks for fixing this! Cheers!

A huge problem. This needs to get fixed ASAP. I use this for my job all the time.
I am already looking for alternatives to Dropbox.

Since version 316.2.2 for Iphone and Ipad I keep getting the message “upload failed. Your file has not been uploaded. Please check your files and try again”. I have already logged out and also uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Without result. Cache deleted too.

Hi Joel Mursal, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Are you connected to a stable WiFi network or cellular data when uploading?
What messages do you get on your phone during the attempted upload? Are you uploading directly from the Dropbox mobile app, or via another method into your account?
Any other info or screenshots would be helpful!

Hello Walter
Thank you for your response. See 2 screenshots of the message I get. How do I upload? For example I get a pdf file in an email: i open the pdf-file. Then I choose the icon “with square and arrow”. Then I choose “save to dropbox” and I choose the correct folder in Dropbox. Then “save”. I useDropbox for many years and I never had that problem. I use de Dutch version (Belgium). Thank you Walter
