Can't access shared folder because access has been given to a different account
My secondary email was given to a 3rd party for access to a folder, when I try to open the folder I get a message that says I’m signed in with my primary email and therefore cannot access. WhT am in ...

Sorry lets me try again- I am studying and my tutor has sent, to my secondary email address, a Dropbox link to her folder, where she uploads supporting documents, the email says “just click on the blue "Add to Dropbox" link. “ it is when I click on this link I get the message. Thank you for your help

Could you try opening the folder from another browser and let me know if you still get the same results?
Just to rule that out, you are certain that the invitation and the secondary email are spelled correctly without any mistakes, right?
In addition to this, feel free to send me a screenshot of the error you see on your end.

Sorry it took a few days to access my desktop PC, and a different browser- I am getting the same message, ie that ~I am signed in with the wrong account so it will not open the folder. I've tried safari and Edhe/chrome
