Can't access shared folder because access has been given to a different account
My secondary email was given to a 3rd party for access to a folder, when I try to open the folder I get a message that says I’m signed in with my primary email and therefore cannot access. WhT am in doing wrong?

Hi Louland, thanks for the screenshot!
It might sound trivial, but just for troubleshooting purposes, can you double-check that your email is added as a secondary option using these steps?
If you've already tried that, I'd be happy to send you an email, in order for us to have a closer look into this.

Hi Megan
Yes I can confirm that [email removed as per Community Guidelines] is showing as my secondary email, and it was verified.
Kind regards
