Can't get 100% offline status of selected files (folders) on Mac Os Ventura
Hello everyone. Al least last 3 months dropbox app won't make 100% offline the files I chosen for. It randomly make them offline and most of the files in selected folders are still online. And of course the files/folders which were not able to make offline still have ZERO size.
I tried to select the files/folders and make them all 100% online before trying make offline again but still getting random offline "status".
I don't know what is going on ....
* the latest DB build is installed on my Mac.

Thanks for reaching out to us, Nick_S.
Are you trying to make all your files available offline or some of them?
If you want to make all of them, try to control-click on the Dropbox folder itself and choose to make it available offline to see if that helps.
Also, if you check the 'sync' tab in your Dropbox preferences, what is the location of your Dropbox folder?
Let me know and we'll go from there.

Hannah Dropbox app won't make the selected files offline if I'm making the right-click and "make available offline". It starts to sync and stops after 5 sec. But this is a random case. I mean some files it could make offline (as I need) in the current session, but next time it could be not to do this if I made them online again some times before that. Dropbox app was working perfect for me all the last years (on Mohave, Big Sur, Catalina) before I started using Ventura. Something crazy is going, really. And also the app STILL WON'T show the folders/files sizes in Finder which are offline. You have promised some month ago that this will be fixed but still...nothing
Dropbox folder is located in the right place (/Users/Library/CloudStorage/Dropbox)

Thanks for clarifying, Nick.
Have you tried restarting both the Dropbox app and your computer, to see if that helps at all?

Hey Nick_S - sorry to jump in here, but could you clarify your device's exact OS version and the version and status of the Dropbox desktop app as shown in your menu bar?

Walter Ventura 13.6.1 + dropbox 187.3.5526. Yes, I know that that one is beta build but my problem is continuing during a few mounts on different app builds
status - "your files are up to date"

What about the version of the desktop app Nick_S? It should be shown when hovering your mouse over the app's icon in your menu bar.

Walter I wrote already, 187.3.5526

Thanks for the additional info, Nick.
If you go to your Dropbox preferences, in the sync tab, what is the location of your Dropbox folder?
