Can't See Folders from my Shared Work Dropbox in Finder

Har dropbox med fler medlemmar och jag har synkning pĂ„ min dator. Jag kan inte se filerna lĂ€ngre nĂ€r jag loggar in, det Ă€r tomt. Men de andra medlemmarna kan se sina.  Hur gör jag?

    Have you checked your account online? Are you able to see any of your files there? 

     

    Also, are you referring to a specific shared folder that's missing some files, or the entire content of your Dropbox account?

      Hej!

      Jag kan inte se filerna online pÄ datorn men övriga medlemmar kan. Jag kan dÀremot jobba i mina mappar som jag synkroniserat med dropbox och de uppdateras online men inte sÄ att jag kan se det nÀr jag loggar in.

        Hi Cissi, are the files visible on the Dropbox site? Are you using a Windows or Mac device?
