"Can't upload - your changes conflict with changes made by someone else"
but there is only one user, me. This document hasn't been touched in months. Can someone advise or help fix? Thanks

Hey jimbillings, thanks for posting here today.
Can you send me a full screenshot of what you’re seeing exactly on your end, so that I can take a look?
Are you seeing this error on our website or the Dropbox desktop/mobile app?
Let me know once you have more details.

Can you detail how to send this screenshot to you please? It's been very difficult even trying to get the reply window to stay open here. I'm on Android. Thanks

You wont be able to do it on a mobile device - it has to be on web to upload screen shot.
Can you give more info on what the error is? Where is it happening etc.

Hi Mark, Here is the screenshot from my Galaxy S23 (I had to blank out some private info). I had made some changes to this excel doc, then got this error message. I've had the message before, but not since around Dec/Christmas. hope that helps. thanks JIm

Hey Jim! Thanks for the screenshot you’ve uploaded.
Are you opening this file from the “Open with…” option on the Dropbox mobile app and then, you see this error when trying to save your updates back to Dropbox?
If you try and save this file under a different name (as a test), are you getting the same error?
