can't upload the edited files by wps office on Mac

when using WPS Office to edit XLSX and DOC files on a Mac, i can't uploading the edited documents to Dropbox. However, there are no issues when using Microsoft Office for the same purpose. Interestingly, on Windows, both WPS Office and Microsoft Office work without any problems.

that there might be compatibility or software-related issues specifically between WPS Office(mac), Dropbox(mac).

Is there any suggestions or solution?

When files are edited using WPS Office and saved, they cannot be uploaded to Dropbox. However, if these files are opened with Microsoft Office, not saved, and then closed, they can be successfully uploaded to Dropbox

Welcome back to the forum, M. Xu!

What happens exactly when trying to upload your updated files to your Dropbox account? Do you see any errors?

Also, are you uploading them via the desktop app or directly via www.dropbox.com?

Let me know, and we can take a closer look.

I couldn't find any error messages, but I see two images above. If you're uploading Dropbox through www.dropbox.com, then will presence conflicting copies.

Thanks for the screenshot, M. Xu!

Does the cloud icon appear only for your updated files? What’s the current syncing status of your Dropbox app?

If you check www.dropbox.com, does this file appear as a conflicted copy and if not, can you open it normally there?
