Cant view a folder on my windows pc but i can see it on my macbook

Hi, i am in a shared folder in dropbox. I can view this folder from the webversion, the app on my macbook and the app on my phone. But the application on my windows pc doesnt show this folder. Other folders im in i can see. Hopefully someome can help me out!

    Hey yasin shngz, it seems to be having a period "." which would be an invalid character, and could cause syncing issues. 

     

    Have you tried renaming it, and checking to see if it then syncs locally on the machine?

    Hey yasin shngz! Thanks for posting this on our forum.

     

    Did you check the name of your shared folder to make sure it doesn’t contain any invalid characters?

     

    Also, if you open the selective sync settings on your Windows device, does the folder appear unselected? 

     

    Let me know what you find.

    Hi Nancy, thanks for your reply. The name does not have an invalid character and i have checked the sync settings and the folder is checked. Still not working.

    It is the folder on the right side that is not showing on the application for windows pc
