desktop disappeared on macbook

Hi. I've installed "Clean my Mac" applications and (I don't know how) after a scan of the system I've discovered that my desktop (all the folders) disappeared. They all are in my Dropbox account and it's impossible for me to bring them back because of missing permissions.

I know that i can use all of them by Dropbox but i want my desktop the same way it was before. Can you help me ? Thanx a lot

Hi. I've tried to insert a sequence of screenshots to show you what is the situation now.

I've begun from the empty desktop and tried to follow what i do to have my files.

I'm from Italy and I know that it's not easy for me to explain but i hope You'll understand enough to help me.

    Thanx a lot

Hi. I'm back. I've been away for about a week. So...that's correct.  there are no files or folders in my desktop. Everything has been moved to DropBox
