Error when trying to invite member or to share folder.

Hi,

 

Since i change my dropbox to Enterprise offer i can't invite members to the team or share folder.

i have always the same message saying that i have to wait 24hours before tring again 😞

 

Message : "Vous avez atteint le nombre maximum d'invitations que vous pouvez envoyer par jour. Veuillez réessayer dans 24 heures."

 

Can someone help me please ?

    Hi stefo_LA, welcome to our Community! 

     

    It sounds like your ability to share content, might have been temporarily disabled. Can you check your Dropbox-linked email address, to see if you received any emails, informing you about that?

     

    Is this your first time receiving this error, or has this happened again?

     

    Let me know more, and we'll take it from there!

    I've just check again my mail box but i found no information about this from alerting me.

    And it's the first time a receive such error message from dropbox when sharing or tring to add new member to the team

    Since you're using a paid account, can you try contacting our Support team directly, in order for them to have a closer look into this?

    already done, but no answer yet 😞

    and it's really an urgent issue, my team can't work without Dropbox

    I can see that the agent working on your case already provided you with the necessary steps and info you need to follow. 

     

    As for the estimate, I'd love to give you one, however that depends on the nature of the error, and the investigation that needs to be done.
