Files and Folders not showing on PC
When on my PC, a large amount of my folders/files show. However, there are some that do not appear on my PC. How can I make those folders show on the PC?
- 8 years agoHey there, welcome to the forums!Thereâs two possibilities for what youâre experiencing. Since youâve mentioned that some are not on your PC, this means theyâre visible either on the site or another device. Therefore, the two reasons for this are:
- Selective sync - the files you want to view are in a folder that has been selectively âunsyncedâ, so they wonât appear on the computer
- Invalid characters - if the files were created on a Mac, they can create files that Windows cannot read.
