Question or Issue
We use dropbox to share pictures for our camera club. Lately we have been having issues with members seeing a different set of pictures in their PC folders then what is on the web. As well, what members see on the web is also different.
Personally I have seen my dropbox folder empty, but when I go to the web, there are pictures in the folder. I have also used my folder to create a video of our pictures only to find out that some were missed because they were not in my folder, but they were on the web.
Another member sees a different set of pictures in their folder than I do. Here is a screen shot of what I see:

On the web, it looks like what I see.
We have three people that add pictures to the folder at different times. Some through uploading on the web and others by copying into their folder. We have only started having issues with this in the last few months.

Is there a way to force a synch? Last time I did a video it was a 5 days between one person uploading the pictures and me accessing them through my folder. There were 6 pictures missing.

Thanks Megan, I will get in touch with the other two guys and see if we can get more info. I will now be sure to check the icon for synching status in the future. Here is a screenshot of the web:

Hi there, DebbiePinard, let's jump right into this!
Please keep in mind that computers sync directly with the Dropbox website, not with each other. I'm mentioning this because in order to find where the problem lies, we need to start checking each computer you use to access Dropbox.
Based on the screenshots you provided, it seems that the member's device is still in the process of syncing. Can you start by comparing each device to the info you see on the web for the account? Each computer should sync the info to the web, and vice versa.
Also, can both you and your co-workers see your own changes online?
If you could attach a screenshot showing the folder or file as it appears in the file structure on the Dropbox site, that'd be amazing. Feel free to also have a look into this Help Center article.
Lastly, can you let me know more, in regards to the app's current version, and syncing status? You can find this by hovering your mouse over the little Dropbox icon in your taskbar, next to your WiFi.
Keep me posted, and we'll take it from there!
