I can't share any files due to a violation of the Terms of Service
Hi! I am encountering this error and can't find any articles on how to solve it.
I'm thinking of subscribing to a plan, but with this issue, it's just impossible to continue using my account.

Hi @Nancy,
Yes, please feel free to contact me at the email address showing here.
Just to provide some context, I’ve been using my Dropbox account since the early days, back in late 2008 during my university/college years, so it’s been around 15 years now. I’m not aware of why the sharing activity has been banned on my account, and I can’t recall receiving any email notifications about it.
I’d really appreciate your help with this issue as I’m considering subscribing to Dropbox for my needs.
Thank you!
