Hi DropD, it's possible that the direct URL of the image can change, so you'd have to use the raw=1 method for images to be displayed directly.

 

If it's not showing in your browser, do other browsers work when viewing it there?

    Has Dropbox considered being helpful and creating a quick link for their customers so they don't have to jump through a bunch of hoops to get a raw link? How about giving us a raw link option?
