I've invited a user to my shared folder, but I'm not seeing the files they're uploading.

I have a shared folder in Dropbox and invite the user.

The Invited user, says they are uploading the files to Dropbox, but I cannot see the files.

What is going on, as I have been using this for 6 years.  I have removed them from the Shared folder,  and reinvited them to the shared folder, and still no documents showing in uploaded.

Thanks for posting on our Community, Lois Davidson

Do you know if the folder member is using the Dropbox website to upload these files or their desktop app instead? If it’s the latter, I’m wondering if they could be having a syncing issue on their device.

Similarly, are you unable to see their files on www.dropbox.com or your own desktop app?

Keep me in the loop for any updates.

I will reach out to my client and see which feature they are using.  I am using the Dropbox.com on my computer, not the App.

    Thanks, Lois Davidson.

Please also ask them to make sure they're uploading the files to the correct folder.

Let us know what you find.

Client is using computer to upload, and documents are not always uploading. At their computer end they uploaded, but do not show at my end. What is happening and where are the documents doing to?? This is just so annoying.
