Large files will not download
I'm having a recurring issue where large files will not download. It seems like 31gb is the max file size that dropbox will upload.
I select the folder to be available offline, files do not download.
I select the files to be available offline, files start to sync and then, after a few minutes do not download.
See screenshots.

Hi MikeHenderson, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Could you try right clicking the file and mark it as available offline to see if this helps?
Keep me updated with any progress!

I have a whole folder of files that have the Green circle with white check mark indicating that they are synced and available offline, yet they are not synced, and not available offline.

Yeah, I did that as stated in the original post.
I'm also getting the icons that are supposed to mean that the file is downloaded (green/white check mark) but the files are not here.

Hi MikeHenderson, okay, let's try one more thing: can you right click on those specific files, and check if the context menu shows "make available offline" or "make online-only"?
Any screenshots are more than welcome!

It says Make Available Offline.

If I select make available offline, nothing happens.

Hey MikeHenderson, sorry to jump in here, but could you try the latest, stable version of the desktop app and let us know if this issue persists?
It just got out a couple of hours ago and you can find it on this page.

Yes, but I feel like this is just kicking the can down the road. I've updated multiple things and the only persistent feature is that it doesn't work.

I don't know if it's working or not. But it seems like the same behavior, it kinda looks like it might be downloading. See the status in finder, but I don't see it in activity.
