only 2 of the 3 devices are syncing
I have been using Dropbox with 3 devices (desktop, notebook, phone) for about 8 months without any problems. As of last week, my desktop stopped sending and receiving files from the other 2 devices. My other 2 devices still sync with each other without any problems, which matches what is on the web. My desktop uses Windows 10 (Microsoft Office installed) and Windows 11 on my notebook (Microsoft 365 subscription). I have around 1GB in the account.
Any ideas why it suddenly stopped?

Hi @pokerpollack, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
If you click on the Dropbox icon in the system tray, what message do you see on the bottom left?
This will help me to assist further!

There isn't an icon in my desk tray because the app won't install on my computer. I've been accessing my Dropbox through the File Explorer

The Dropbox folder is just a normal folder on your computer. When the app is installed and running, that's when the folder syncs to the site. Could you try reinstalling the app using this link and tell me exactly what error you get?
