Problem with sharing from my iPhone

Hi
From yesterday I can’t share files from my iPhone - the WiFi net is ok and I checked it also with cellular data - the files ( mostly pictures ) doesn’t load - is there any bug with the new version?

Hey there Arielbar, sorry to hear about this.

Can you please reboot your device and/or clear the app's cache and let us know if this persists?

If it does, I'd like a screenshot of any errors you might be getting or the screen where you get stuck.

Also, if you could clarify your device's exact OS version and the version of the Dropbox mobile app installed there, I'd appreciate it.

    Thanks so much!

    Dear Walter .
Thank you very much for your explanation .
I rebooted the application and the iPhone with no impact with the problem.
Screenshot - movie was better - in remains in this “loading” situation for minutes when I know that there are just 5 jpg files up to 1mb without loading even one file when the WiFi is ok - I also checked with cellular - it’s the same.

    Dear Walter

Yes - the problem is with uploading the files to Dropbox

I'm loading now IOS 16.4.1 - do you think that it can solve the problem ?

Hi Arielbar! I hope you’re doing well and sorry for jumping in.

Has your OS upgrade been completed? Do you see any difference now?

If not, can you let me know if the files you’re having this issue with are being automatically uploaded to the Dropbox app via camera uploads?

    Dear Nancy,
The iOS update solved the problem - not immediately but after few hours - maybe an Dropbox update came also ?
Anyway, the strange problem was solved.
Thx a lot for your help.
    Yours sincerely
    Ariel
