We have 6 team members who are using Dropbox and can edit, share etc files and folders but one of my team member having trouble to access these files. Make offline-only / online only not showing while right click to any of the folder.

    Hey Terrig, that's it!

If you can right-click a file or folder now and see the 'make online-only'/'make available offline' options, then you're good to go!

The ones with the green check mark (solid green), would be available offline and the ones with the cloud icon would be online-only.

You can see all the sync icons here.
