4 years agoHi username1232, could you try disabling the screenshot option, reboot your Mac and then re-enable it again to see if this helps?

Just disabled it, restarted. Enabled it then restarted and it still doesn't work.
Thanks for helping but it didn't work. What else can I try?

I just uninstalled Dropbox. Restarted and enabled the screenshot option but it still doesn't work.
