Shared folder disappeared from my account (owner). How can I restore it?
I shared a folder (years ago) and now it has disappeared from my Dropbox, but still exists in the other person's Dropbox and still shows me as the owner. It is not in my deleted files. How can I recover access to the folder?

Just checked again. No it is not listed in Shared
Any reference to to it on your Events page? When was the last time you saw the folder? When was the last time you signed in to your account? Are there any files in your account or is only this folder missing?
If it's no longer on your Sharing page then you may have removed your access to the folder, intentionally or not. Is the other person able to invite you back to the folder? If not, then there's likely no way to recover access to the folder. A new folder would need to be created and shared. The other member could then move the content from the old folder to the new one.

Is the folder still listed on your Sharing page?

Thanks Rich. I have lots of other files and folders. I only need access to the missing one to be able to help the other member. Remote access is important now because I've moved across the country. I'll see if I can talk her through sharing it back with me. I didn't think to try that because on her side I still show as having access as the owner or the folder.
