Suddenly unable to share any files
When I try to share any file I get an error "We've interrupted your sharing activity. For details or to contact support read our help center article".
I read the article and I can't find any files that could violate the terms. I don't understand what is the reason for the blocking.
I created a simple test .txt file with the word test in it and I can't share it.
This happens on both the desktop app and the web app.
I've been able to share/transfer files in the past without any problems (last time was probably a couple of months ago).

Hi dktwp, thanks for providing these details.
Did you receive any email from Dropbox regarding the pausing of your shared links?
This will help me to assist further!

No, I didn't receive any email. I searched my email and the last successful transfer created was on 10/31/25, and between then and today, there are no other emails from Dropbox referencing sharing or pausing of shared links.
But my colleague is able to share a file just fine. And when I get that file and add to my Dropbox and try to share the same file, I get the error in sharing.

Thanks for the info. I was going to contact you via email, but I can see that you're already in contact with a support agent.
They should be able to assist you from there on regarding this matter.
