Uploads are suddenly excruciatingly slow on Mac OS
My uploads have slowed to a crawl. I have 1 gb fiber internet from CenturyLink and it's working fine. Just tested at over 900 Mbps upload and 400 Mbps upload. I am uploading my usual way through the ...

Well thank you! I saw on another thread that someone had success with Sonoma by logging out and then back in. Is that a good idea? What does that accomplish?

Well that was evidently not a great idea. Now it is resyncing everything and who knows how long that will take, not to mention I was already on File Provider and now it appears to need to make that shift AGAIN. Blah.
