"We’ve suspended your sharing activity" error
Hi,
Recently I stopped being able to join shared folders and when I share I folder myself I get this error: "Can't share file. We’ve suspended your sharing activity because of a violation of Dropbox’s Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy, and Terms of Service or Services Agreement.". I've been using this Dropbox account rightfully for about 15 years, is there any way I can fix this problem?
Thank you.

This is happening to me too.
@Hannah, Megan or any other community moderators at Dropbox - please can you raise a ticket for me too and get this fixed. Very frustrating unable to share. I've been using Dropbox rightfully as far as I know. Thanks. - Nancy2 years ago

@Dropbox Staff-
I am receiving the same error message w/ my personal Dropbox account. Can you assist in identifying cause/resolution?
I've read the Help section/link referenced earlier and unsure of what the cause would be.
Thanks!

I'm blocked from creating links to share.
The message that appears tells me that it's due to a violation of terms. No further explanation provided.
On my plan (free) it appears that this is the appropriate forum to raise an issue for support. Please can someone explain how I've violated terms as It's not obvious to me?
Kind regards,
Me

Hey anotherguywiththesameproblem, welcome to our Community!
Here is a relevant Help Center article for all the possible reasons this can occur.
In any case, I can log a ticket for you to this email address, so that we can check this further.
Keep me posted!

Yes please log a ticket. I have scanned through the list:
- One of your files may contain malware
- You may have exceeded your bandwidth limit
- You may have reached the number of invites you can send per day
- One of your files may be subject to a copyright complaint
- One of your files may contain malicious content
None of these stand out to me as applicable to my account.
Please let me know if you can add any specificity to the reason for my sharing rights to be blocked.
Kind regards,
