What is the storage we use on our Dropbox account? We're not able to upload files.

You mentioned that you're part of a team plan, and that you're facing some issues uploading content.
I was wondering if it's possible that your team ended up in a locked state. If so, please have a look at the relevant Help Center article that'll provide you with the next steps, and options that you have.
If that isn't the case, then I'm going to need some additional info on the problem or error you're facing when you're trying to upload files, and which platform you're using.
