Family plan member space appears to be full
I'm a member of the family package. I keep receiving messages saying my Dropbox storage is almost full and need to upgrade. But our package has plenty spaces.

I've just logged into Dropbox using a specific email address that I provided to my manager so he can link me into his plan. I'm still getting the same message to upgrade for more space.
Are you sure you were invited to join the family plan, and not just invited to a shared folder? The latter wouldn't increase the space in your account. It would only allow you to access the content in the folder, if you have enough space to join the folder.

Rich I can see all the family members in the group. Is it just a simple 'add a new person to the Family Plan'? Or are there other settings they need to check off?

They enter your email address and click Send Invite. That's it.
