I keep getting notifications that my storage space is used up – but it is not

Hello everybody

After receiving a couple of warnings that my data can no longer be synchronized because of a lack of storage capacity I deleted all insignificant data – including shared folders – so that I now have a free space of 2.7 GB (basic account).

But those notifications with the suggestion to upgrade my account still keep coming in.  Not a new topic to the community but the answers I have seen did not really help ...

    Hi Basinski, thanks for clarifying!

Since your plan page, reports that you're way below your quota, you shouldn't have any syncing issue.

The email might have been a mistake, or the system might need some time to register that you now have enough space to the account. Can you give it a couple of days, keep an eye out and report back to me?
