I'm getting storage space warnings, and can't view shared files, even though I have space.

I’m hoping someone from Dropbox Support or the community can help clarify this.
Legacy Dropbox account with 5.75 GB of storage. I earned the additional space years ago through referral bonuses for getting others to sign up.
Recently, my account appears to be truncated back down to 2 GB, and I’m getting storage-limit warnings and can't view shared files despite having additional capacity. It looks like some new systems weren't designed to support the referral-based bonus space.
I’ve attached a screenshot showing the original 5.75 GB allocation.
Has anyone else run into this? And Dropbox Support -could you help unlock the full 5.75 GB that should still be associated with my account?

    Hey there, crazy8s​, welcome to our Community! 

    Can you please confirm that the email address you're receiving these emails to, and the email address associated with your Dropbox here, are identical?

    If you can also send me a screenshot of your account's space usage from your plan page, it would be really helpful. What do you see according to the referrals page on your account? 

    Keep in mind that Dropbox won't remove your referrals out of the blue, whether you downgrade, or upgrade your account. One more thing to note is that Dropbox will send emails or notifications warning the end-user about their space when they're using approximately more than 75% of their quota, which could to be the case here.

    Keep me posted, and we'll take it from there!

    Please let us know what you see on both pages, and if need be, provide a screenshot showing the total quota and referral amounts.
