I've deleted many files/removed shared folders, but I'm still over-quota.

I have stopped sharing a large number of files and deleted many files, but I get the same message that my  basic plan account is out of storage and I need to upgrade. How do I request a reset on the  account?

Hey Delta Stageworks! Thanks for posting here.

How long has it been since you deleted all of those files and how much storage were you using before that? Did you check your Shared tab, to make sure you’re still not member to a folder that’s taking up your Dropbox storage?

Can you send me a screenshot of what you’re seeing here, too?

Let me know when you’re ready.
