I've got 18GB of referral space, but I can't upload new files to my Dropbox account.

My account has 18 gb, 16 gb are from referrals. My account has exceeded the 2gb and now it will not allow any more files even though there 16 gb more storage reflected. May I know what's going on in the case?

Hey Prov 31 Marketing Firm , hope you’re well and welcome back to our forum.

Can you send me a screenshot of any errors you’re getting, when trying to upload new files, and of what you see at your Plan page here

Let me know when you’re ready.
