No bonus space after successful referral

Hi Dropbox, I’ve sent an invite to a friend for a referral.  my friend subsequently installed dropbox on a desktop, logged in, and hit the button in the email she received requesting email confirma...

Thanks Mark, really appreciate your prompt response. It certainly is an active email address. There she received the verification email.
And she has used that email address to signup into dropbox.

If, for example, she is GMail and used gmail instead of googlemail or has added punctuation in to the bit before the @ then it would be a different email to what you used. 

Either way, as I said check her space out as if she has a referral bonus she should also have 250mb free.
