One of our team members gets an error they're out of space
I have a team member who, when he tries to access folders, gets a message that he is out of storage space - he is the only team member that receives this message and is on a Mac

That means he is, as it says, out of space. EITHER via Dropbox or on Mac itself via harddrive depending upon whats giving error.
So, if its Dropbox he needs more space - either his quota is smaller than all others, or, he has other things in it.
