Referral Bonus from previous years no longer exists.
I have been using dropbox since 2008, and get more than 20gb of referral bonus, recently, I realise, these bonus is no longer there, even thought it show up in my dropbox. I have tested if it is really a problem, so I deleted all files in my dropbox and it surprisingly show that I used 20GB+ storage eventhough dropbox is empty

Your bonus is still there. Referral bonuses do not expire. Your account likely still has data stored in it. Have you checked your Backups page?
