Referral bonus space not applied after friends signed up my invite link.

Hello,   I have shared my Dropbox referral link with several friends, and they have successfully created accounts using that link. They have also installed the Dropbox desktop application, logged in...

Hi,

the status for these referral are "Ineligible".

they did the processes in the same network (in university) but on their own laptops.

And those laptops have never had Dropbox installed on them before? Two of the main reasons for a referral to be listed as ineligible is if the computer has had Dropbox installed before (by anyone, ever), or using the same network.
