Referral shows as ineligible. What can I do?
A coworker sent me a referral. I have a brand new laptop and a new dropbox account. I followed the link in my email and signed up but the referrals page says ineligible. I searched and it suggested I...

When I was creating the account it asked if I would use it for personal or biz use, I chose biz not realizing that it would sign me up for a business trial. Could that be the issue? Following the link in the referral email now just sends me to https://www.dropbox.com/space-upgrade
