Referrals marked as ineligible

Afternoon,

One of my referrals indicates as "ineligible" under my profile.

Could Dropbox please contact me via email to discuss and rectify?

    If you made sure that your referral isn't using the same computer as you and that they don't have a Dropbox account already, I'll be happy to send you an email to investigate further.
