Referral bonus marked as ineligible as we're using the same computer

I recently invited my grandpa to use Dropbox using a referral link, however the referral shows up as "ineligible". I looked this up on google and found out it was most probably because we are sharing a computer, but with different users.

How do I let Dropbox know it was a legit referral so I can get the bonus?

 

PS: Looking at my old referrals, I also have a "legit" referral from 2019 to my brother also shown as "Ineligible".
