Sent a Dropbox referral to a work colleague but it shows as "ineligible" - was using the same LAN
Hi. I sent a dropbox referral to a work colleague but it shows as "ineligible" even though they installed Dropbox desktop app for the first time. I can see this is a common problem if using the same LAN - but I gather DropBox support can correct this?
Dropbox Plan - Basic
Device - phone and laptop
Operating System/Browser (if using the web) (Windows 10 / 11)
