Dropbox referral shows as "ineligible". What can I do?
I used the invitation link to create a new Dropbox account on a brand new Windows computer (for the first time) and installed the desktop app. The computer is connected directly to the public internet, not on the same LAN. The email account is checked and verified.
Under my "Recommend to a friend" option, status is showing as Ineligible. I'm confused as to what's wrong. Previous invitations have always been correct.
I hope to get some help
