Unable to access content in order to delete it due to plan change
My account recently reverted to personal from business.
I want to delete data but cannot as it is part of an old Backup function and I can no longer access the Backup function as my storage is now over quota.
I am also unable to talk to support diurectly as I do nto have a paid plan.
I want to delete data to bring my account into the free zone but am unable to. Catch 22.
Help?
Hi Kallisti05, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Are you able to view the Dropbox Backup from this page on the site to then delete it?
This will help me to assist further!

However, now my Desktop & Documents folders are showing as locked alias' and unusable.
How do I restore them to their pre-Dropbox sync functionality?

Thanks for the screenshots and the update here, Kallisti05.
Can you try the steps in my reply here, to see if they help restore your desktop folders to their original locations?
