Why is my referral storage suddenly gone?

Over the years I have earned extra storage for my Drobbox account. Not a lot - jut 1 around 12 GB in total.

Suddenly all extra storage seems to have disappeared.

Anybody know if this is an error or if it is time to ditch Dropbox?

Hi Kristian Vilmann, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Could you confirm the amount of quota on your account according to this page?

This will help me to assist further!

According to the screenshot, it looks like you have 12.62 GB of quota on your account.

Is this correct according to your knowledge?

    Yes, that seems right.

It could be that the messages about me running out of space are just misleading. I keep getting notifications that I have reached my 2 GB limit.

Thanks for the clarification, it's possible that the notifications aren't detecting the extra quota on your account, so you can safely ignore those messages, as the quota on your account is as you saw on the page I linked previously.
