All my files are available offline on File Provider, but their folders appear to be online-only.

    Interesting. Switching from online-only and back to offline doesn't change it, it still has the "Available offline and online-only" marker.

    However: if I remove the folder from Dropbox and then return it, it seems to solve the problem.
