- 79schultz4 years agoHelpful | Level 6Did that twice. I'm running it on a Pixel 4a 5g, Android 12 with the February security release.

Hey 79schultz, sorry to hear about this.
Are you getting any errors or is the app just silently crashing when trying to launch it on your Android device?
Also, have you rebooted your device at all lately? - 79schultz4 years agoHelpful | Level 6
No errors, it just silently crashes when I try to open it. Yes, I cleared the cache, turned Airplane Mode on, while airplane mode was on I powered the phone down, let it sit a little, then powered it back on, made sure it was on and signed in, then turned airplane mode back off again. (I've been told turning airplane mode on does a certain amount of network clearing/refreshing????)

Hi 79schultz, sorry to jump in here!
Odd to see that you experienced the same thing after uninstalling the mobile app.
In this case, can I reach out to you via email in order for us to have a look at this internally?
Cheers!

Same exact issue here. Pixel 6 Pro running Android 12L beta 3 (stable). Dropbox app crashes immediately after launching. See blue splash screen and then immediately closes.
Wiped cache and storage. Nope. Deleted, rebooted, reinstalled. Nope. Disabled mobile network. Nope. Disabled wifi. Nope. - Megan4 years ago
